KOMET-007: Phase Ib Study of Ziftomenib + Venetoclax/Azacitidine in Newly Diagnosed NPM1-Mutated Acute Myeloid Leukemia

In the phase I KOMET-007 study in patients with newly diagnosed NPM1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia, the combination of ziftomenib 600 mg QD with venetoclax and azacitidine demonstrated high rates of durable complete responses and MRD negativity, with a safety profile similar to that of venetoclax plus azacitidine alone.
