Accelerating Progress on Late Presentation: Managing Advanced HIV Disease in Asia

Across Asia, many individuals with HIV continue to present late, with advanced HIV disease (AHD) and its associated complications, including opportunistic infections, poorer immune recovery, and increased mortality. Late presentation not only harms individual health outcomes but also places increased strain on healthcare systems. This program seeks to equip HCPs with practical tools and approaches for optimizing AHD care to reduce avoidable morbidity and mortality, and drive earlier engagement in HIV care across diverse settings in Asia.
