InterACT-ing Across the AUD Care Continuum: Integrating Patient Perspectives Into Team-Based Recognition and Treatment

Alcohol use disorder (AUD) is highly prevalent, but despite that, 2024 estimates indicate less than 10% of patients with past-year AUD received treatment. This multimodal program combines a live and on-demand webcast focused on patient-informed cases, a ClinicalThought commentary, downloadable resources, and decision support tools to help address this gap in patient care. By strengthening recognition, exploring evidence-based treatment, and discussing how to coordinate longitudinal care across healthcare settings, this program will empower HCPs to improve AUD outcomes in their practice.
