CME/CE Info

Goal Statement
This educational activity aims to improve European learners’ knowledge, competence, and confidence in aligning antibody–drug conjugate therapy of metastatic TNBC and HR+/HER2− MBC in clinical practice with evolving guidelines, new data, and best practices, with the goal of improving outcomes and decreasing the risk of further progression.

Target Audience
This educational activity is intended for European oncologists and other healthcare professionals who care for patients with metastatic TNBC or HR+/HER2- MBC.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Summarize current and emerging clinical evidence supporting the use of TROP2-directed antibody–drug conjugates in metastatic TNBC or HR+/HER2− MBC with a focus on best practices in Europe

  • Identify appropriate candidates with metastatic TNBC or HR+/HER2− MBC for treatment with TROP2-directed ADCs based on disease characteristics, prior therapy exposure, comorbidities, and patient goals

  • Implement evidence-based strategies for monitoring, prevention, and management of adverse events associated with TROP2-directed ADCs in patients with metastatic TNBC or HR+/HER2− MBC to support treatment continuity and patient quality of life

  • Evaluate the clinical implications of evolving data on novel and combination approaches involving ADCs and consider how ongoing research may reshape future treatment algorithms in metastatic TNBC or HR+/HER2− MBC
