TROP2 ADC Decision Lab in NSCLC: What to Use Now, What to Watch Next, and How to Keep Patients Safe

As TROP2-directed antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) enter clinical practice, healthcare professionals need practical guidance on patient selection, treatment sequencing, and toxicity management in advanced/metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).  This interactive, case-based webinar will review Dato-DXd in previously treated EGFR-mutant NSCLC, emerging TROP2-directed ADC strategies, and distinctions between established and investigational approaches. Faculty will also address early recognition and management of key ADC-associated toxicities.

CME/CE Info

Goal Statement
This activity aims to improve learners' knowledge, competence, and confidence in interpreting, contextualizing, and applying rapidly evolving evidence for TROP2-directed ADCs in advanced/metastatic NSCLC.

Target Audience
This activity is intended for medical oncologists, pulmonologists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with advanced/metastatic NSCLC.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Evaluate the current and evolving role of TROP2-directed ADCs in advanced/metastatic NSCLC, including current evidence-based use of Dato-DXd and emerging investigational strategies across frontline, biomarker-enriched, and combination settings

  • Apply established biomarkers and patient-specific clinical factors to guide selection, sequencing, and clinical trial referral for TROP2-directed ADCs and ADC-based strategies in advanced/metastatic NSCLC

  • Appraise emerging global clinical trial evidence for TROP2-directed ADCs, including Dato-DXd, sac-TMT/MK-2870, ADC–immunotherapy combinations, ADC–EGFR TKI combinations, and biomarker-driven approaches

  • Implement multidisciplinary strategies to prevent, monitor, and manage TROP2 ADC–associated adverse events, including stomatitis/oral mucositis, ocular toxicity, nausea, myelosuppression, and ILD/pneumonitis
