Evolving Treatment Paradigms in Endometrial Cancer: Immunotherapy, ADCs, and Precision Sequencing in Clinical Practice

Endometrial cancer care is undergoing a rapid transition from histology-driven treatment toward molecularly informed, immunotherapy-integrated, and increasingly ADC-ready sequencing. This live webinar is designed to inform healthcare professionals on the evolving endometrial cancer treatment landscape in practice while maintaining a clear distinction among approved standards, guideline-supported options, practice-informing data, and investigational approaches.

CME/CE Info

Goal Statement
This activity aims to improve learners’ knowledge, confidence, and competence in applying molecular and biomarker testing to select, sequence, and safely integrate approved, guideline-supported emerging immunotherapy-targeted and ADC-based strategies for patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer.

Target Audience
This educational activity is intended for oncologists and other healthcare professionals who care for patients with endometrial cancer.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Apply current molecular and biomarker testing recommendations, including MMR/MSI, POLE, p53, HER2, ER/PR, and selected actionable alterations, to guide risk assessment, treatment selection, and sequencing in advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer
  • Differentiate approved and guideline-supported immunotherapy-based regimens for primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer by MMR/MSI status, histology, comorbidities, toxicity profile, maintenance strategy, and prior treatment exposure
  • Evaluate emerging ADC data in endometrial cancer, including TROP2-, B7-H4–, and HER2-directed approaches, with attention to mechanism of action, evidence maturity, safety considerations, biomarker context, and potential roles after prior platinum and immunotherapy
  • Implement practical strategies to reduce disparities in endometrial cancer care by improving access to molecular testing, gynecologic oncology consultation, clinical trials, toxicity management support, and guideline-concordant systemic therapy
