This activity aims to improve learners’ knowledge, confidence, competence, and readiness to apply a practical, guideline-aligned framework for treatment selection, maintenance decision-making, relapse sequencing, and adverse-event management in patients with ES-SCLC. 

Target Audience
This educational activity is intended for oncologists and other healthcare professionals who care for patients with small-cell lung cancer.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Select individualized first-line and maintenance strategies for patients with ES-SCLC based on current approvals, guideline recommendations, response to induction therapy, performance status, CNS history, comorbidities, and patient goals
  • Apply current and emerging evidence for subsequent-line ES-SCLC therapy, including tarlatamab, lurbinectedin, platinum rechallenge, clinical trial enrollment, and investigational DLL3- and ADC-directed approaches
  • Develop multidisciplinary protocols to recognize, monitor, and manage key toxicities associated with newer ES-SCLC therapies, including CRS/ICANS, cytopenias, hepatotoxicity, immune-related toxicities, and ADC-associated pneumonitis/ILD
