The goal of this activity is to improve learners’ knowledge and competence related to provision of optimal individualized care to people living with gMG in the context of the evolving treatment landscape with C5 inhibitors.

This activity is intended for US-based neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, advanced practice providers, nurses, physician associates, and pharmacists caring for patients with MG.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Summarize the unmet medical needs in the care of people living with MG, including those who do not adequately respond to first-line therapies.
  • Differentiate novel C5 inhibitors based on their clinical characteristics, such as efficacy, safety profiles, and schedules/routes of administration.
  • Formulate individualized care plans for people with gMG that integrate evidence-based use of C5 inhibitors, considering mechanism of action, efficacy, safety, and evolving clinical roles in order to support long-term adherence and improved quality of life.
