Goal Statement
This educational activity aims to improve oncology nurses’ knowledge, confidence, and competence in identifying and managing AEs associated with targeted agents in HR-positive HER2-negative breast cancer.

Target Audience
This activity is intended for oncology nurses and other healthcare professionals who care for patients with breast cancer.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Identify and manage toxicities associated with targeted agents in HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer, applying strategies to mitigate these adverse events effectively
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team on evidence-based approaches for monitoring and managing adverse events associated with oral targeted therapies for HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer
  • Support adherence/persistence to oral targeted therapies in patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer through expert-recommended communication strategies, tools, and resources
