Improve learners’ knowledge, competence, and confidence in timely identification, referral, and safe management of patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas who are candidates for CD19-directed CAR T-cell agents.

Target Audience
This activity is intended for hematologists/oncologists, advanced practice providers, oncology nurses, physician associates, and pharmacists involved in the care of patients receiving CAR T-cell therapy for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Demonstrate ability to identify appropriate candidates for CAR T-cell agents across DLBCL, FL, MCL, CLL/SLL, and MZL based on FDA indications, clinical trial data, and high-risk features
  • Develop integrated care plans for patients, including timely referrals to authorized centers, pretreatment optimization, and coordination of multidisciplinary post-infusion monitoring
  • Apply standardized toxicity readiness and management strategies for CAR T-related adverse events and incorporate structured long-term monitoring aligned to evolving safety expectations
  • Integrate late-breaking ASH 2026 evidence and PRO insights into sequencing and survivorship planning, patient-centered counseling, and practical follow-up plans after CAR T-cell therapy administration.
