  • Evaluate the clinical rationales and mechanisms of action for next-generation oral SERDs as adjuvant treatment of ER-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer

  • Assess the potential clinical implications of emerging data on next-generation oral SERDs for adjuvant treatment of ER-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer

  • Identify patients with ER-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer who may benefit from next-generation oral SERDs that are approved or available through clinical trials

  • Plan personalized adjuvant treatment using next-generation oral SERDs for eligible patients with ER-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer, considering the latest evidence, expert recommendations, and patient/disease characteristics
