Goal Statement
This activity is designed to improve learners’ knowledge, confidence, competence, and performance in evidence-aligned ADC implementation for PROC by strengthening recurrence biomarker workflows, ADC candidacy and sequencing decisions, toxicity mitigation, dosing decisions, infusion readiness, patient/caregiver education, and team-based care coordination in community oncology settings.

Target Audience
This activity is intended for multidisciplinary teams caring for patients with ovarian cancer, including oncologists, oncology nurses, APPs, physician associates, pharmacists, infusion staff, care coordinators, patient navigators, and other HCPs responsible for treatment selection, ADC delivery, toxicity monitoring, care transitions, and patient/caregiver education.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

Apply current guideline recommendations, recurrence biomarker testing results, prior treatment history, disease tempo, comorbidities, baseline toxicity risk, and patient goals to identify appropriate candidates for ADC therapy, non-ADC systemic therapy, clinical trial referral, or supportive-care integration in PROC
Differentiate currently available and emerging ADC strategies in recurrent ovarian cancer by target, payload, evidence base, biomarker requirement, anticipated toxicity profile, dosing considerations, and role in treatment sequencing
Select evidence-aligned baseline assessments, prophylactic measures, monitoring intervals, dose-modification steps, and escalation pathways for ADC-associated ocular toxicity, neuropathy, interstitial lung involvement/ILD-pneumonitis, cytopenias, gastrointestinal toxicity, fatigue, and infusion-related events
Implement a multidisciplinary ADC Care Pathway that assigns team roles for biomarker ordering and tracking, treatment readiness, patient/caregiver education, symptom triage, specialty referral, dose decision-making, documentation, and follow-up across community practice
