My Experience With Integrating PsA and Weight Management

Clinical Thought

A patient with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) reflects on navigating her diagnosis, PsA-related pain, long-term treatment, and weight loss efforts. Through firsthand perspectives on patient–provider communication, symptom burden, and the broader impact of chronic inflammatory disease, this narrative encourages healthcare professionals to consider how patient experiences and preferences should inform more individualized, patient-centered PsA and obesity care.
