Momentum in mTNBC: Clinical Integration of TROP2 ADCs for Patients Who Are Not Candidates for Immunotherapy

Slideset

Explore current and emerging evidence for TROP2-directed ADCs in triple-negative breast cancer, including first-line treatment for patients who are not candidates for immunotherapy and later-line sequencing. Target Audience

This program is intended for oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care professionals who care for patients with triple-negative breast cancer.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Evaluate current and emerging clinical evidence for TROP2-directed ADCs in TNBC, including implications for frontline and later-line metastatic treatment, immunotherapy-ineligible patients, and movement into earlier-stage, curative-intent settings

  • Personalize treatment selection and sequencing for patients with TNBC by integrating immunotherapy eligibility, PD-L1 status, prior therapy exposure, disease burden, biomarker status, comorbidities, toxicity risk, access considerations, and patient preferences

  • Assess evolving strategies involving TROP2-directed ADCs, including ADC–immunotherapy combinations, sequencing approaches, resistance considerations, and the potential impact of emerging data on clinical decision-making

  • Implement multidisciplinary monitoring, toxicity-prevention, and adverse-event management pathways for patients receiving TROP2-directed ADC therapy, including proactive management of stomatitis/oral mucositis, ocular adverse events, ILD/pneumonitis risk, neutropenia, diarrhea, and timely coordination among oncology, nursing, pharmacy, eye care, and supportive care teams
