Target Audience

This activity is intended for oncologists, pulmonologists, nurses, pharmacists, physician associates, and other healthcare professionals who care for patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer.

Program Learning Goal

This activity is designed to improve learners’ ability to evaluate emerging B7-H3–directed ADCs within the rapidly evolving ES-SCLC treatment landscape; apply patient-specific selection and sequencing strategies after platinum-based therapy; and implement practical monitoring, toxicity-recognition, and multidisciplinary management approaches to support safe, evidence-based care for patients with relapsed ES-SCLC.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Differentiate B7-H3–directed ADCs from other available and emerging ES-SCLC strategies, including DLL3-directed T-cell engagement, chemotherapy-based approaches, maintenance strategies, and clinical trials, based on mechanism, evidence strength, toxicity profile, and operational feasibility
