In this analysis of the phase III NATALEE trial, invasive disease–free survival benefit was reported across all PAM50 intrinsic subtypes in patients with HR+/HER2- EBC treated with ribociclib plus NSAI with a trend for increased benefit in those with higher genomic risk signature or proliferation signature scores.
