IMforte Phase III Trial: Transcriptomic and Q-TWiST Analyses of Lurbinectedin + Atezolizumab Maintenance Therapy in Extensive-Stage SCLC

Results from the phase III IMforte trial led to the approval of lurbinectedin and atezolizumab as maintenance therapy in extensive-stage SCLC. Further transcriptomic and Q-TWiST analyses support the benefit of lurbinectedin addition, regardless of molecular and transcriptomic subtypes, along with improved quality of life.
