How many people with myeloproliferative neoplasms do you provide care for in a typical month?

Which of the following is an LSD1 inhibitor that has shown activity in previously treated essential thrombocythemia (ET) and is currently in phase III assessment?

Current Presentation
A 66-year-old woman presents with fatigue and headaches. Physical examination reveals splenomegaly (1 cm below costal margin). A complete blood count (CBC) demonstrates platelets 650 x 109/L, white blood cell (WBC) count 6.1 g/L, hemoglobin 13 g/dL, hematocrit 42%, and normal MCV. Further testing reveals normal iron and C-reactive protein, with BCR-ABL1 negativity and JAK2 V617F positivity.

Do you have enough information to make a definitive diagnosis of either ET or PV?
