Conference Coverage
Slideset

Data from the phase II ELEVATE study show that in patients with ER-positive/HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who had been previously treated with endocrine therapy with or without CDK4/6 inhibition, elacestrant combined with either everolimus or abemaciclib yields consistent benefit in progression-free survival across key patient subgroups, with no new safety signals.
