Target Audience

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of oncology pharmacists and other healthcare professionals caring for patients with non-small-cell lung cancer.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Differentiate the TRAE profiles and mechanisms of current and emerging EGFR-targeted therapies, including TKIs, bispecific antibodies, and ADCs

  • Apply evidence-based monitoring and intervention strategies to prevent and manage dermatologic, pulmonary, hepatic, and gastrointestinal toxicities

  • Integrate pharmacist-led dose modification, sequencing, and supportive-care protocols to sustain therapy while minimizing toxicity

  • Educate patients and caregivers to enhance adherence, early symptom recognition, and shared decision-making in TRAE management

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to personalize TRAE prevention and optimize treatment outcomes in EGFR-driven NSCLC
