VOGUE: DTG/3TC vs BIC/FTC/TAF as Initial ART for People Living With HIV

In this open-label randomized phase IIIB clinical trial using a test-and-treat strategy for HIV, DTG/3TC demonstrated noninferior virologic efficacy to BIC/FTC/TAF as initial ART, with the same number of participants experiencing confirmed virologic withdrawal in each treatment group and no cases of treatment-emergent drug resistance.
