ISLEND-1: Switch From BIC/FTC/TAF to Once-Weekly ISL/LEN in People With Virologically Suppressed HIV

In this phase III trial of switch to single-tablet ISL/LEN QW in people with virologically suppressed HIV, ISL/LEN was noninferior to maintaining BIC/TAF/FTC for the primary endpoint of HIV-1 RNA ≥50 copies/mL at Week 48. ISL/LEN is being compared with other standard-of-care single-tablet regimens in the parallel ISLEND-2 trial.
