The clinical pharmacist’s role in managing patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM) has evolved with the advent and integration of bispecific antibodies into practice. In this module, an oncology specialty pharmacist differentiates bispecific antibodies by mechanism, dosing, adverse effects, and profiles. The faculty also describes step-up dosing, practice-changing clinical trials, and different administration methods of the FDA-approved agents elranatamab, linvoseltamab, talquetamab, and teclistamab. Learners will receive evidence-based information about the current safety of bispecific antibody use in R/R MM and updated guidelines for implementation.
