Preliminary Results From 2 Phase I Trials Exploring the Mutant Calreticulin-Specific mAb INCA033989 ± Ruxolitinib in Patients With MF

Data from phase I INCA033989-101 and INCA033989-102 studies show the mutant calreticulin-specific mAb INCA033989 alone or in combination with ruxolitinib has a manageable safety profile and shows promising hematologic activity including early evidence of disease-modifying effect in patients with myelofibrosis who were resistant to or ineligible for JAK inhibitor therapy.
