This activity is designed for cardiologists, endocrinologists, nephrologists, internal medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates who manage patients with CRM diseases.
The goal of this activity is to improve the knowledge and competence of learners in effort to optimize treatment for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Appraise the common pathophysiology, including the role of aldosterone, that contributes to a bidirectional relationship among Cardio Renal Metabolic diseases, such as CKD and HF
Implement evidence-based, guideline-aligned treatment strategies, including combination therapies, for patients with cardio renal metabolic diseases such as CKD and HF
Evaluate recent clinical evidence for emerging therapies for patients with CKD and HF
