This activity is intended for primary care physicians, endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) who care for patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D).

Program Learning Goal

This activity aims to improve learners’ knowledge, confidence, and competence in integrating emerging basal insulin evidence into individualized, patient-centered management plans for adults with type 2 diabetes (T2D), with a focus on therapy selection, dosing and titration, adherence support, shared decision-making, and counseling strategies that address treatment burden and improve clinical outcomes.
