This educational activity is designed for primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates who care for patients with obesity.
The goal of this activity is to improve the competence, confidence, and performance of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered obesity care while cultivating a sustainable network of local obesity care leaders prepared to educate peers, advance best practices, and improve access to high-quality obesity management.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

American Board of Internal Medicine Maintenance of Certification

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn up to 0.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.
